Frequently Asked Questions

There are multiple ways for you to get a video of the workshops or an audio file of special character building topics right away.

Way #1:      Visit the Video Library Page and go to “The Character Refinery: Workshop Videos” section of the page. Hover your mouse over the video you wish to select and click the picture/plus symbol on the picture. After selecting your workshop you will be taken to the “Add to Cart” screen. Once you confirm your selection is correct, Click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve done that simply either Click “View Cart” on the page or instead, you can click the Shopping Cart Symbol at the top right of the page to the left of the magnifying glass symbol. By selecting either “View Cart” or clicking the Shopping Cart Symbol you will be taken to the Checkout screen whereby you can make any adjustments to your selections. When ready click “Proceed to Checkout.” This will take you to a screen where you enter, confirm, and submit your information for PayPal to Place the Order. Once you successfully Place the Order, you will receive a link immediately that allows you to download the video file. Once downloaded you can play the video in whatever compatible video or audio player that is on your electronic device.

Way #2:   You can go straight to the “Bishop’s Store” page. Click on the FITF! Video Workshop you’d like to select (i.e., Workshop I, Workshop II, Workshop III).  After selecting your workshop, you will be taken to the “Add to Cart” screen. Once you confirm your selection is correct Click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve done that simply either Click “View Cart” on the page or instead you can click the Shopping Cart Symbol at the top right corner of the page to the left of the magnifying glass symbol. By selecting either “View Cart” or clicking the Shopping Cart Symbol you will be taken to the Checkout screen where you can make any adjustments to your selections. When ready click “Proceed to Checkout.” This will take you to a screen where you enter, confirm, and submit your billing information for PayPal to Place the Order. Once you successfully Place the order, You will receive a an email immediately that both confirms the placed order, as well as includes all necessary download files/links for your order including but not limited to:

1.) A .txt file that includes a special link that can be copy and pasted to your URL Address in your web browser  that will then take you to a special youtube stream of the workshop.

2.) A downloadable file that can be saved to your device or media if you so desire. Once downloaded, you can play the video in whatever compatible video or audio player that is on your electronic device. 

3.) A downloadable file of any Supplemental Materials for the Workshop (i.e., PDF files, PowerPoint Presentations, Notes, etc.)

To Start the Downloads, go to your email address and find the order confirmation email and click either the word “download” or the title of the file next to the word “download.”

Currently, we are offering digital and electronic copies of the workshops. However, DVD copies of the workshops are available on special request for churches and organizations. In those instances, please Contact Us with such requests and we would be glad to send you a DVD copy via USPS or USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping costs will be added to the order.

You can also simply download the video file from this website and then “burn”/”add” the file to a DVD yourself for viewing on a DVD player. For information on how to put your downloaded MP4 video file on a DVD visit:

All downloadable files are in MP4 video format. Any video player that plays MP4 files will then be able to play the workshop videos successfully.

For many of the workshops, we have also included a special youtube link that allows you to stream/play the workshop video without downloading the workshop video to your electronic device.

Participants gain the most benefit by completing the workshops in progressive order beginning with Workshop I, Workshop II, and then, Workshop III. Each workshop builds upon the previous one and steps you through a new level of refining.
